Post Divorce Counseling
Divorce can be one of the most traumatic, life altering things that can happen to an individual. Separating from your partner affects lives in so many ways—mentally, physically, financially—and can be an incredibly distressing time that can leave you feeling ripped apart. If you must go to court or mediation, this adds another layer of stress onto an already emotionally crippling process.
You do not have to go through it alone, however. If you are feeling traumatized by your divorce, unsure of what steps to take next, or you are ready to start the healing process, Post-Divorce Counseling could be the answer that you are looking for. Together, we work to repair the emotional damage and equip you with the skills that can help you be there for yourself, your family, your job, and so much more. Whatever that journey looks like for you, we do it together.
Co Parenting Counseling
How do you parent effectively with your ex-spouse, especially when they thrive on high conflict? What happens when communication is impossible? When attorneys are involved at every corner, and it seems like you can never get a solution that will be best for your kids, you become exhausted, frustrated, and angry. The worst part of a traumatic divorce or separation is finding the best way to parent your children.
That’s why I offer co parent counseling for divorced parents in the Denver area. If you are having trouble communicating with your spouse and your children are being affected, I can help give you the tools to improve your situation. I cannot offer legal advice, however, but I can help you stay out of court and mediation by teaching you the skills that you need to handle a difficult ex.
